These are used for transmitting the power from an automobile engine via the drive shaft to the live axle. EEC offers high performance range of Transmission Gears and Shafts manufactured with the help of state of the art machine setup and technology, including soft gear cutting, heat treatment, gear finishing process.
These Transmission Gears and Shafts are being served for a diversified applications among our customers for the following applicable industries
A reducer gearbox is installed to achieve equal or greater output torque but with lower input velocity to meet lower output speed requirements. The reduction gearbox has multiple rotating gears that work in conjunction with the wheels.
As the high-velocity input motion of the wheel function transfers to the rotary gears, the gears change the incoming motion or torque. The number of gears in a reduction gearbox varies according to the output speed requirements. The reduction gearbox is also referred to as reduction gear assembly.
The timing gear is a gear that rotates and transmits the movement of the crankshaft to the camshaft, and ultimately controls the opening and closing of the intake and exhaust valves. The timing gear is connected by chain or belt to the crankshaft at one end and camshaft at another end.
Owing to years of industrial experience and deep knowledge, we have been able to establish ourselves as prominent enterprise of Sprocket Ratchets. The products offered by us are available in a range of specifications and sizes to meet the variegated demands of our clients. In addition to this, these products are manufactured using high grade raw material and leading edge techniques in compliance with the international quality standards.
TEIL is well established in the automotive industry as the manufacturers and exporters of fabricated components. TEIL deliver durable, sturdy fabricated components of all sizes with superior compression strength. Highly demanded in the commercial vehicles space, the fabricated components by TEIL are available to the global customers at very reasonable price points.
These are made by welding two different components in a certain angle and by machining of sheet metal stamped parts. These components are created for Trikes and TEIL offers a
These parts are created as per each customer’s needs and requirements by using DD & EDD Sheet with Epoxy and other paint. We have served all our national and international clients over years for their requirements of fabricated and painted components.
An all-round approach to serve the industry leaders with their needs for all sorts of automotive components: From Powertrain, Driveline, Electrical, engine, steering and fabricated components till casting & machining related parts, cylinder heads, bearings & valves, and oil & water pumps etc. …you name it and we will have it available for you.
Casting is usually a manufacturing process in which a liquid material is poured into a mold containing a hollow cavity of the desired shape and then solidified. EEC provides a complete range of customer-centric critical components that are supplied by its trusted partners after a stringent quality inspection.
TEIL has specialized in outsourcing any forged component associated with driveline and ensures to deliver best-in-class forged engineered products that find application across a wide range of industry verticals irrespective of shape and size.
TEIL has wide range of Industrial gearbox gears transfer power between a system and allow for a wide variety of speeds/loads to be achieved for a fixed range of input speed/loads. They come in many unique designs and materials depending on the application.
Spur gears are the simplest type of gear. They have straight cut teeth that are aligned parallel to the axis of rotation and therefore exhibit rolling contact. They give a simple and effective way to transmit power. Changing the number of teeth on each gear allows for a wide range of speeds and torques to be created.
Bevel gears allow power to be transmitted to a different plane by using cone shaped gears that are perpendicular to each other. The angle between the shafts can be anything between 0 and 180 degrees.
The teeth of helical gears are cut at an angle to the axis of rotation. The angled teeth engage more gradually than spur gear teeth and experience both rolling and sliding contact. This more gradual interaction allows a smoother and quieter operation than spur gears.
Worm gears consist of a shaft with a spiral thread that engages with and drives a toothed wheel. They are designed to be used in industrial applications when high torque and a reduced speed is required.
Epicyclic or planetary gears are made up of multiple gears arranged with a central gear meshing with several mid-gears that in turn mesh with an outer ring gear. This configuration allows for multiple gear ratios and directions to be achieved in a compact package. Tooth protection, system efficiency and cooling are some of the key jobs for the lubricant within an epicyclic gear.
